I have long noticed that my iPhone PAAK only works when I take the phone out of my pocket (or move it from its sleeping state). Most of the time, I walk up to my car and nothing happens. Then I remove my phone from my pocket and all the doors open. This happens 99% of the time.

Just writing to say that I think the same thing thing happened to me. (See my forum post here.) The drivers side front hub fastener bolt backed out and rubbed against the half shaft, damaging both. The sound was absolutely horrible -- it didn't seem safe to drive. Rivian towed it to the...

Just to close this out, the service center diagnosed the issue. The front wheel hub fastener had backed out and was making contact with (and damaging) the halfshaft. They replaced the hub and halfshaft and everything is working normally again. Hope no one else has this issue. It sounded terrible.
