Can OP mention what room temperature was during the video? Also what was the AC setting (temperature, auto/manual, fan speed, etc)? You talked in the video but it is hard to hear. Try to test my R1S AC but SoCal has been around 70s - 80s lately.

Ic. though mine has different AC issue (noise during AC on/off), my SC thought AC noises could caused by overcharge refrigerant. Maybe you can mention that to your SC so they can check.

Unfortunately, i think this happens to all the major service centers now. Rivian needs to power through this with more resources and hope production quality gets better. Some tesla service opens on Sunday and my Rivian SC closes on weekends.
