I think Halloween was the best holiday for new nature sounds and lighting. Curious what nature sounds you would do for Christmas? Would you do green for the lighting?

Mine worked less than half the time this week in our super cold weather. Today it was a little warmer (over 20°) and I didn’t have any problems and used the door dozens of times.

Looks like some good snow. The main thing is my drivers side door gets stuck open or shut more often than not when it’s under 20° F.

I’m supposed to get mine repaired on the 9th. Been having a few cold weather issues.

Two times it was in the 20s, yesterday was closer to 10 degrees.

Do you know what the fix was? Today I have been climbing in and out through the passenger door since the door is now stuck shut. Support is investigating…

Anyone else having trouble getting the doors to close in cold weather? Mine has done it three times now… seems to be a mechanical problem. Hair dryer or WD40 don’t help.

I've had this happen enough times in Eastern Washington that I changed the setting to tell them to never fold in automatically. I'll change the setting back in the spring. On another note, anyone have issues with the doors freezing and not shutting after you get them open? The driver door has...

I have an iPhone and I've started getting the same message occasionally. Restarting the app doesn't fix it. Don't recall ever getting the message for the first 6 months of ownership, only the last month or two.

Mine does the same thing. I have a service appointment scheduled for mid December. I’ll add this item to my fix list and update this thread after my appointment.

I love the lock sound--and would have loved to keep the owl sound for the winter. The truck is amazing, even if the turn signal sound isn't great.

We were able to pry ours open by putting a screwdriver under the lever. Haven’t figured out how to close it back up though. :P

I wonder if a great auto glass place could do some aftermarket work to improve it beyond what Rivian is willing to cover as acceptable? I'd definitely pay a premium to reduce wind noise at highway speeds.

Crap... I wish I found this when I searched last night. Ours did the same thing... my 5' 120lb wife snapped the lever trying to open it after it wouldn't open last night, and wouldn't open again this morning. We don't have a spare tire, but we put some Costco frozen groceries in there...

Anyone had issues where they couldn't get the spare tire compartment to open? Any suggestions or tips on how to get it to open? It's been below freezing most of the week here... that's the only thing I can think of. The bed of the truck is covered and clean, and the lever has always worked...

I’ll be driving over Snoqualmie Pass this week and will probably experience it first hand.
