If you're long and not primarily day trading this stock (not that there's anything wrong with that - I just don't know a thing about day trading well), I have to ask why you're stressing about where the price is at right now when this company is just a publicly traded newborn that won't be...
EV market? I don't think so. Musk deciding to add all of the neato features of his competitors to the CT, when he's clearly already super late to the EV truck party he thought he was going to start, feels like the cultural candle in the cupcake that it's no longer just about Tesla from this...
No worries. Rivian's a long way from exciting numbers and the impending market implosion is any day week or perhaps month now. But wow the catalysts in this company's next 1-3 years.
I never took it as coincidence or likely, that the CT's highest trim cost was going to be just a smidge lower than Rivian's lowest trim pricing at the time. Same with the rather specific number of 2.9 seconds for the 0 to 60 on the tri-motor.
I'm sorry but this was abundantly clear at the time. LE delivery date estimates were listed and they were always several months ahead of the first non-LEs. Everybody on the forums getting a max pack at the time griped about it not being available to LEs because of the delayed delivery factor.

Regardless of your take on the whole Gamestop thing, just going to point out here that in January when things were exploding, only two brokers in the US weren't forced to block buys on their apps that I'm aware of. Vanguard and Fidelity. Of the rest, I think only Robinhood was happy to do so and...
For me:
* Suspension and motor per wheel factor are huge. I don't "need" either of these and have never been off-roading outside of the test course at Last Mile, Normal, but I just think they're incredibly cool features for a sub-100k vehicle and hope to actually take proper advantage of them...
How did Genesis launch with such dirt cheap luxury cars? They did because they could and they wanted to. It's not like everybody factors in cost to build and then assigns the exact same profit margin. Sometimes companies will sell a new product at a loss just to get word of mouth going.
Tesla...
No. That's what happens in court. When a little kid claims they've been abused, you take them seriously. When often-marginalized members of society claim they've been abused, we take them seriously.
Taking them seriously doesn't mean we have to start cancelling things until the situation is...
