How long after you got the email confirmation? I received the email this week... so I am mostly curious how long after that I can expect it to show up. For this still waiting, I took delivery in November 2023... so not quite a year ago.

Since the last software update, my infotainment system is randomly rebooting while I am driving. See picture below. It has happen 3 times in the last week or so and just power cycle's back online after a couple of minutes. I suppose this is something I need to find the proper path to report...

I have the Rivian/Yakama version. My garage isn't tall enough to have it on inside, so I have to put it on outside. Have found that two people can easily lift it up there and get it onto the racks without a problem. We now travel with a small step latter to make setting up easier at the camp...

See if this gives you want you are looking for. The Tent is on its side sitting in front of my R1S. Essentially the clamp shown here, clamps on the Rivian Crossbars. You tighten it up and it can lock into place. Pretty simple actually.

You have to believe that VW got a deep dive into the numbers and seem to come to the conclusion that there was a pony in there somewhere.

Ditto this... just had mine done by Rivian. Also had Insurance coverage but had to pay the $1,800 and file to get reimbursed.
