Thanks for sharing, but the author is simply saying deliveries start in 1st half of 2026 in a different way. They don't have any new insider info on delivery timing. Rivian has reiterated this target for over a year. Nothing new in this article.
Thanks for posting. Couple of my thoughts:
1) Here is your other thread, started several days ago, talking about how unhappy you are with 9 service "visits". LINK
2) I'm not sure you can blame Rivian for your phone being out of date. So scratch that one off the list.
3) I would say them...
Yeah, not sure how the sensors in there work, but they do exist. They can be a bit glitchy on occasion, so not totally surprising if they went away without any real intervention.
Are you sure it wasn't a warning about loose items in the gear tunnel? I've seen that alert before, but nothing about the bed of the truck...and I've had all sorts of stuff sliding around in there.
I've had these on for a few months now, and quite like them. Quieter then the OEM Pirellis. Decent snow/ice performance (for an AT), and I've noticed no real reduction in grip on normal wet/dry roads vs the OEM. Have not had the chance to do any off-roading, but I suspect that they'll be...
That really stinks. Hopefully they get to the bottom of whats really going on. Definitely push them to pull logs and fix the root cause, not just treat the symptoms.
Lower cost and a better size for us. We don't need 3 rows, and parking in the city can be a pain with the R1S. We'll wait for the 2nd gen with upgraded autonomy, but an R2/R1T stable will be perfect for us.
Mix of both for me. During the winter I use a membership to a touchless automatic wash and dry by hand. During the warm months I’ll do it by hand if i have the time. I also do a quick ceramic coating once a year to help keep things a bit cleaner.
The vast majority of users on this forum are thoughtful, helpful, and genuine enthusiasts who are well-versed in most things Rivian. The good, the bad, and the boring.
Threads asking reasonable questions, or for assistance with issues, are rarely, if ever thread-crapped by Rivian "apologists"...
That’s patently false, and I’m quite certain you know that. Between this comment and the one you made earlier stating that Teslas don’t have quality problems, makes it clear you’re just trolling at this point.
I don’t know if it’s available in Canada, but I got a killer deal on my 2 Rivians through Costco insurance. It’s just American Family but sold via the Costco website. Might be worth looking into.
The software’s pretty great, actually. And it gets better almost every month. Pretty amazing. I have none of the issues you describe, except for number 6. Sounds like you might have a hardware problem, or just a lemon. It happens.
Regarding point #6 - simply clicking on the “restore” button...
