dude that’s awesome, appreciate you taking the time to write up a summary
So I have a couple of these (https://a.co/d/ejYYaOQ) neutral/ground bonded plugs (same function as your “pigtail”?), which were the solution to getting the truck to charge off a generator. So your saying I’m running into...
It can vary because the lid is on hinges. The magnet I used is 1/8” thick. I placed it on the compressor nozzle, then (I think) used a small square of that “alien glue” tape. I put the double sided tape on the magnet while it was on the compressor nozzle, closed the lid and held firm long...
not to break up a friendly forum deal, but a simple glued neodymium magnet on the lid has worked perfectly to me. I’m an avid amateur 3d printer myself (following this thread in the hope that OP @trez63 will send out that coveted .stl file ) and love some custom 3d printed solutions, but...
Agree with the comment above. My kids have found that if they just crack the door open, everything (including WiFi) stays on. Pet mode works too but I don't know about WiFi as of now.
Hey John -
Would you mind sharing your wiring setup for this and any links to cables, plugs etc? I've been trying to get this working for a while with a Delta Pro. My R1T kills the truck's outlets every time I connect truck-->Delta Pro-->gen backup outlet to my home (even when drawing zero load...

I came here looking for help with something similar and found this thread. It sounds like you have figured out what I can't. Here's my situation if you, @Dark-Fx, or anyone on here has any input I'd appreciate it.
Short version (can add detail if needed/requested):
- Using EcoFlow Delta Pro as...
You should get in touch with @swflor, he's in Raleigh and has all the equipment necessary. I've used him to install rock rails on my R1T and he's helped a lot of other Rivian owners on the forum here.
I had their molle panels and onboard air bracket in my 4runner and I've seen a lot of their other gear first hand at Overland Expo. I can only speak to these smaller products but they were a very precise fit and I felt overall they were very high quality products.
This is great, thanks for posting! @Rivianero any chance you have this template in a file that can be loaded to a CAD system like TinkerCAD? That would be STL, OBJ or SVG file formats. I'd like to 3D print some of these but given the size (my printer maxes out at 245mm), I'll have to split the...
This seems appropriate to post here. I purchased one of these in order to backfeed my home in a power outage.

Some key points:
1. you will need to get the backfeed switch (also called transfer switch) installed at your house to...
FWiW I’ve been using the MORRFlate kits for many years and love it. You’ll pay a little more for the out-of-the-box convenience but not a lot more and totally worth it for me to avoid the expensive proto-typing to figure it out on my own.
Inflates via Rivian compressor great and deflates all...
Fantastic, thank you! I think that this fits everyone’s needs then. It can lock/unlock using standard rivian functionality and you can make it “never locked” by taping over the contacts. And what’s nice is that when Rivian improves the screen’s UI to make locking/unlocking more convenient…we...
Gotcha yes, I believe this is how the locking mechanism works by default. Which means, if you're on a road trip and keep kids snacks in this drawer, then you're navigating the UI to unlock it while driving. So that's what I was getting at with wanting to disable the lock but also avoid the...
I echo the other question about whether the locking can be disabled. I've seen others that are 3d printed which seem to snap in place. So the drawer won't slide out when braking, but also doesn't require navigating to the unlock button on the screen.
If we were to use tape to disable the PCB...
Ah yes, OP asked about Discount Tire but Scott (swflor above) is also a great option and I can speak from experience there too as he did my rock rails install.
