Where is it located (street address if possible?); I just got a call for mobile service but the rep said he was from the Ladson service center. I work in Ladson (well, normally, down by the airport for the year) so wondering where it is.
Everything seems to be closed, we don't get any warning messages about anything being open when driving.
Nothing on driver seat. Wife just did a hard reset, that at least stopped the motor sound while it does the reset.

Delivery 9/28, email but no adapter yet. Email was maybe 2 weeks after delivery, and I think I read elsewhere that it's usually one month from email to receiving your adapter.
