  1. New sound - compressor sounds weird when locking truck - sounds like a motor with a gear that can't turn something or is slipping

Oof, that's a relief. I never even used the damn thing. Lemme stick it in there and see what happens. Much appreciated! I thought it might be some sort of valve on compressor directing air between suspension and outlet.
  2. New sound - compressor sounds weird when locking truck - sounds like a motor with a gear that can't turn something or is slipping

Sometimes the noise just doesn't stop. It sounds like a regular motor with a gear that can't turn something. Any idea how critical this is? I have to drive 10 hours tomorrow.

  4. Does NJ require inspection sticker?

Nope, I actually went to MVC but was turned away at the gate when they asked me to pop the hood to confirm it's an EV.
  5. Loose door bolts

Another thing to check upon delivery  That door never closed quite right and few days ago I found out why. Yes it's an easy fix, just a single 10mm bolt but still... Passenger rear is where I have the car seat installed for my 2 year old.
  6. Half Shaft / CV Joint Noise

About to tick over 10k miles, besides the one service center visit when the car was making creeking noise I still don't have any new noises. I've taken it off-road, rock crawling and general drivingi around, so far so good. 9xxx vin

Screw the kayaks, that's a glorious tree you got there.
  8. Video of R1T in offroad recovery training class

Is the guy on brakes all the time? Notice the lights. I'm more interested in the rack, it looks like they removed stock mounting points and bolted it directly to the frame.
  9. Yes, a server does fit in the frunk!

You know, for those that were wondering... ?
  10. Had my R1T alignment fixed at independent 3rd party alignment shop (spec sheet attached)

So just a quick update. Steering wheel is dead-on but the truck is still pretty sensitive to road curvature. It still likes to "pull" to the shoulder if there's ANY slope on the road (so 99% of roads). It drives dead-on for minutes at a time without holding steering wheel on concrete highways...
  11. Had my R1T alignment fixed at independent 3rd party alignment shop (spec sheet attached)

Not sure what ExpressAlign is but the rack itself was Hunter. Edit - it looks like this is the rack https://www.hunter.com/alignment-machines/hawkeye-elite/
  12. Had my R1T alignment fixed at independent 3rd party alignment shop (spec sheet attached)

I rarely if ever use D+ but I will let service center know, thanks for the info!
  13. Had my R1T alignment fixed at independent 3rd party alignment shop (spec sheet attached)

Went a bit overzelaous off-roading and messed up alignment. Even though I have a service appointment in about 2 weeks I wanted to get it aligned sooner as not to prematurely wear tires because it was pretty bad. Truck was showing this error message Called few shops, found one that already...
  14. Steering Wheel Not Centered

Drifts to the right as well but also have this message sometimes when trying to engage Driver+ but not always. My service date is over 2 weeks away, do you think if I take it to a regular shop they'd be able to align it? Don't want my tires to wear unevenly, I drive A LOT.
