It's most likely still at the factory fresh off the line. Someone bailed on their config confirmation. Hopefully it'll be at your service center and through PDI earlier than three weeks as they've been sand bagging to avoid disappointing folks as they've been known to do.
Exactly. The handles up top are only useful if you have one foot already on the ground. In a truck you totally need grab bars on the a pillar to hop in and out without looking like a dork.
100% biggest miss are grab bars in the front of the cabin. It's like all the internal testers never drove a truck in their lives and just figured it was okay to look like a jackass getting in and out of the truck cause you're trying not to destroy the beautiful seats. Yeah kneel mode is incoming...
Finally got delivery on 8/23. The truck is sick! Beautiful fit and finish.
Only minor issue is noticeable panel gap on charging port, rear of hood near windshield misaligned/too high, scuffs in driver side passenger window trim, and two very minor creases/dents in gloss black portion of front...
You should snap a night pic of your front end while the car is on in your driveway. Sounds like you're just driving with your drl at night. Just takes a few finger flicks on the headlight stalk to cycle through all the lighting options.
They were for sure sandbagging for what must be unknown variables with rail shipment. 3 weeks actual from IL to WA vs 8 weeks estimate, I'll take it!
Ended up accidentally sending the purchase summary vs the PBA to my bank so wire will go out Monday. Ended up being a good thing as it gives me...
Confirmed delivery for Tue 8/23 at Bellevue SC. My guide reached out to say SC can deliver Sat or Mon if I finalize payment and insurance tomorrow. Hmmm...thoughts folks?
Thank you @kylealden! Do you find you're able to roll windows up and down without issue with the Amazon one? You see potential issue of flying out if doing 25mph-35mph with open windows?
Any owners willing to measure the rear passenger window opening width??? Want to have these door protectors starting day one so my pups don't destroy the wood trim and soft touch plastics on the door.

Sorry to hear about the doa tonneau cover! Was hoping they'd have it rectified off the line by now. Do you know if we're able to hand over checks to the SC folks to complete the transaction in WA state?
I agree mostly. It's still an $80K purchase even with discounts. That aside, even if it was free if one isn't able to use an object for its intended purpose for an extended period of time, it basically turns into a tableweight and holds zero useful value for that person. Everyone has a limit for...
Appreciate your candor. Feels like they didn't spend their covid delay time wisely. Lacking core basic competency gets old for customers who have better things to do. Making mistakes is fine, repeating them over and over gets people fired/customers liquidating their purchases
Yikes, what a huge bummer. Did you at least net a nice profit with the sale? I can totally imagine doing the same if it spent more time in the shop vs the road after dropping some serious coin
