Thank you for the recommendations and for the discount info. Thoughts on A2Z NACS to J1772 adapter vs. TeslaTap Mini? I have two Tesla Wall Connectors.
I am not following this logic. Isn't the car using the same amount of regen regardless of low or high when driving on open highways with cruise control set?
Hard disagree. I think it's the opposite. Get the most amount of range you can afford. Especially if you live in a cold weather state.
You don't know what the Tesla Supercharger network will be like in a year from now.
Most vehicles don't have a giant light bar and oval DRLs.
Doesn't the whole light bar and the non-turning DRL dim? I noticed this process the other day when a Rivian R1S was switching lanes going the opposite direction.
There are a lot of etiquette questions for Rivian+Tesla owners and this is giving us a glimpse of what is to come.
Scenario: You roll up to a full Supercharger with a line made up of all Teslas. You are unable to utilize the end stall due to configuration (common).
A) When the next stall opens...
Scenario:
You roll up to a full Supercharger station with a line
You wait in line and take the next spot that opens
You block the charger without charging since the stall is offset to the right
Wait for the adjacent stall to open up while people in line start wondering wtf
Plug in as soon as...
Honestly that makes a lot of sense. The range on the Dual/Standard is very close to Quad/Large. I am guessing these will drop like rocks in value after 3 years.
