I'd rather have a few missing accessories and have that get resolved, than a chip in the drivers door and a dent on the rear fender (happened to me)
I'm sure Rivian won't give you any problems getting your gear guard cable. They've been great with me so far, but getting service scheduled takes...
Bottom of the website says "Please complete a charge to 90% or more to calibrate the kWh calculation for your vehicle."
I've done it once, but the banner still shows for me so I might try it again at somepoint.
I do love Electrafi so far though, however I can't find any of the deep sleep...
This is pretty wild. I'm 29 years old, and just paid 1029 for 6 months with State Farm on my 24 R1T. Quad Motor. This is in Phoenix AZ where it seems like everyone drives like a nutcase too.
I figured my rates were on the higher side because of my age, but it seems like we're all getting...
Lucky they’re replacing it. Makes you wonder what happened.
My truck picked up a dent on the rear fender with some failed PDR during some point so it’s going to a body shop later this month.
This is a shared parking lot, not a personal charger right?
Are there multiple chargers going all at once? They might have a limited amount of power to share.
Here is the dent and the respective 3/4” hole.
Rivian called me today and said the video I uploaded was very helpful, and the guy on the phone with me was shocked that some PDR guy drilled a hole like this.
They said they are going to take care of everything. Sounds like it’s going to a...
Just picked up my R1T Saturday and right after I met the employee working he said he had to show me something before I signed. Sigh...
Small chip on the drivers door. Said they would address it at a later date and said they had notes on it. We also noticed a small dent on the rear fender and...
I looked up my guide on LinkedIn (first name Rivian) and saw he was laid off too.
He was great and actually helpful, but it seems like not all of the guides were.
I’ve been texting my service center and they have been great! Looks like I should pickup my truck about a week early if things plan...
I bought a Covercraft sunshade. I have had them for all of my other vehicles and they’re the best in my opinion.
They are custom fit, not floppy, and fold away easily.
UVS100 is the model.
Half of the battle of more automated cars is going to be training people on how to properly manage the automation.
Automation is a huge part of my job, and half of the battle is knowing its limitations and when to disconnect it. Tesla and other auto makers do not do a good job at educating...
Some automation is great when you’re driving on a straight boring road for 10 hours in one day. Makes driving slightly less fatiguing.
I do somewhat agree though, I do enjoy driving a nice vehicle myself. I will take lane centering and cruise control on a 6 hour drive though.
