    My understanding is that you only get the tray now if you order the spare tire. I was able to salvage mine from my wrecked Gen 1 and use it in my Gen2.

    I had a mobile first service yesterday and the tech actually had extras of those with him so it is definitely a known issue. He said they also carry the square logos for the columns as they apparently have issues also. My Gen1 had one popping off but so far no issues for either item on my gen2...

    That is something they should all show, I would start with a soft and then a hard reset.

    Gen1's were a HUGE pain, when I got my Gen2 replacement I was very happy with how well the keys worked in comparison.

    This is 100% something that has to be done by Rivian and the mobile techs even need to call it in to program a key.

    The Gen1's came with an organizer of sorts but they removed it from the Gen 2. If you can find one, it does still fit.

  20. Do motors actually heat the battery?

    IIRC this is only the case with Gen 1 as Gen 2 has a heat pump.
