Hwy range is the same as quad in conserve, maybe the others are improvements, but I am not a fan of reduced hp/tq, drive modes, warranty. I have not experienced the gear lash yet with the S and the max pack is becoming less & less of a improvement/draw & I ordered mine for towing.
