Try swiping right to make sure it did not get added to a new page....Generally, when you hit "Add' on the widget, if there isn't enough space on that 'home' page, it will create a new page and add it there but doesn't take you there so you feel like nothing happened.

My guess is that the reason for the delay is because SDM will launch some kind of a USBC satellite radio for rivian that will work with the rivian audio system. Sxm may subsidize or offer the Sat radio for free to those that subscribe.
