I doubt the max pack will ever see the light of day. And if it does, the extra weight is going to be a problem.

That's correct. 60 A breaker for 48 A service. Has to be hard wired.

It's code. It wouldn't be if it was outside. I had my electrician do this.

Two 48 A chargers. I had to trench about 100 feet of wire from our mains to this closet in the garage. So, trenching two 60 Amp circuits was about the same cost. Going to repaint the wall and the mounting board. I'm getting the R1T soon. R1S at the end of the year.
