However, they don't take into account carbon emission reduction or the fact the chemistry and energy density of batteries is always evolving to make them less resource intensive. I would probably get a plug-in the size of a R1S if there was one. Interesting times indeed...
There doesn't seem to be any logic to their system. There are people that ordered in 2020 that still don't have theirs. I understand there are service center limitations, but shouldn't you let the customer decide if that's going to be an inconvenience? And the only way to get shop access is to...
I ordered the same time and have the same window as you do. Were you able to get shop access? I saw some people after us recently get access. Frustrating and confusing their rational on how they are fulfilling orders.
Dimpled surfaces only help with airflow when the object is rotating as it moves through the air like a golf ball. This surface will create drag and more surface area for things to stick to it.
I guess it might be somewhat convenient for people who live North and South of Boston but it's such a pain for anyone that lives west of Boston. The funny thing is, most people who live in Boston don't even have a car and wouldn't be interested in a Rivian.

I asked about when they were going to do First Mile drives and I guess...
I got it from Passport BMW in Maryland and then had it shipped to Massachusetts. The lease terms were 7500 miles per year, excess wear and tear, and taxes came out to 1250/ month with 5k down. Sean is the guy I worked with. I reccomend looking for a 2023 because 24's don't have air suspension...
They took the 7500 and another 8000 to reduce the cap costs. It was a really good deal. They are not doing it on the X5. I'm thinking of buying it to get the 7500 and Sec 179 depreciation (for businesses).
Have your gotten a gide yet? Since your May 21' (I'm Oct 21' Q4 delivery) you should be getting yours very soon. As it's been said, a lot has to do with the capacity of the service centers to deliver and service the vehicles. I don't know if they can process all of the orders in a timely manner...
