  1. Weird inversion in R1S auction prices vs list prices

It would qualify if they were putting it in a company and there are also state incentives for new EVs to factor in as well.
  2. 2024 TACOMA - Here It Is - ICE & Hybrid Competitor! ?

However, they don't take into account carbon emission reduction or the fact the chemistry and energy density of batteries is always evolving to make them less resource intensive. I would probably get a plug-in the size of a R1S if there was one. Interesting times indeed...
  3. Oldest Reservation without guide

What is your delivery window? Have you reached out to customer service to get shop access?
  4. Silverado RST vs Rivian R1T

Were you able to get a picture of the truck bed for comparison? I'm more curious of the bed dimensions.
  5. WTH is up w/ R1S Delivery Prioritization!?

That's crazy. Have you been given shop access or any indication that it's being delivered soon?
  6. WTH is up w/ R1S Delivery Prioritization!?

There doesn't seem to be any logic to their system. There are people that ordered in 2020 that still don't have theirs. I understand there are service center limitations, but shouldn't you let the customer decide if that's going to be an inconvenience? And the only way to get shop access is to...
  7. R1S Shop access live with lots of inventory!

I ordered the same time and have the same window as you do. Were you able to get shop access? I saw some people after us recently get access. Frustrating and confusing their rational on how they are fulfilling orders.
  8. Kevlar Coating on R1T and R1S

Dimpled surfaces only help with airflow when the object is rotating as it moves through the air like a golf ball. This surface will create drag and more surface area for things to stick to it.
  9. Visited the Chelsea, MA Rivian Service Center

I guess it might be somewhat convenient for people who live North and South of Boston but it's such a pain for anyone that lives west of Boston. The funny thing is, most people who live in Boston don't even have a car and wouldn't be interested in a Rivian.
  10. Visited the Chelsea, MA Rivian Service Center

I had some time to kill while in Boston for a meeting so I decided to visit the Chelsea Service Center. My R1S is estimated to be delivered in Q4 of this year and I figured I should get acquainted with where the center is. I asked about when they were going to do First Mile drives and I guess...
  11. Reservation transfer possible ?

Got it. The best I could find for the X5 was 2k off sticker. Haven't pulled the trigger just yet on it.
  12. Reservation transfer possible ?

I got it from Passport BMW in Maryland and then had it shipped to Massachusetts. The lease terms were 7500 miles per year, excess wear and tear, and taxes came out to 1250/ month with 5k down. Sean is the guy I worked with. I reccomend looking for a 2023 because 24's don't have air suspension...
  13. Reservation transfer possible ?

They took the 7500 and another 8000 to reduce the cap costs. It was a really good deal. They are not doing it on the X5. I'm thinking of buying it to get the 7500 and Sec 179 depreciation (for businesses).
  14. Reservation transfer possible ?

I just leased an iX 50 for my dad and it is amazingly smooth and with the air suspension (standard on the X5 50e) , very comfortable.
  15. Reservation transfer possible ?

I'm thinking of getting an X5 or NX plugin for my wife. Still thinking... Best of luck on whatever you chose to do.
  16. New EV tax credit qualifications and COMMERCIAL deduction

Just leased an iX for my father and BMW applied the 7500 to reduce the lease payment.
  17. ?️ [Updated Delivery Estimate Windows Announced!-- 4/28/23] Happy updated delivery estimate window week!

No guide for me. I go back and forth from being impatient to thinking the more time the better they can resolve issues.
  18. ?️ [Updated Delivery Estimate Windows Announced!-- 4/28/23] Happy updated delivery estimate window week!

Have your gotten a gide yet? Since your May 21' (I'm Oct 21' Q4 delivery) you should be getting yours very soon. As it's been said, a lot has to do with the capacity of the service centers to deliver and service the vehicles. I don't know if they can process all of the orders in a timely manner...
