Same. I'm in Rivian purgatory. Rivian reservations are more of a lottery than an orderly queue. March 2021 pre-order. Nothing weird, no dual-motor, no max-pack, I live by a service center etc.

Is the Tesla Tap Mini UL listed? I know the non-Mini Tesla Taps are but it's missing from the Mini product page (I think). Still, I appreciate it being made in the USA and agree about being good to pay extra to not fry the charger.

I read it as no more Guide contacts, it's all online now. Not sure why I didn't get the email - I'm an R1T pre-order and I live near a Service Center. Another random Rivian email that some people get and some don't I suppose.

That's the address of the service center, but the first mile drives are at peoples homes, one-on-one, not at the service center. There were several individual time slots available. So there is no service center event that day.
