Yeah, nothing new - Tesla has had these same issues, its only going to improve. I had just set my wife up with her phone key, which she was wary about........her first time driving it on her own and she couldn't get it. Luckily she did have a keycard with her. I still wont hear the end of it :-)

Totally get it, just wish my profile was still on the car so I could at least get into it. Seems to easy of a mistake.

I totally accept software hiccups, that a daily thing. I don’t accept key associations being removed without owner permission and then having to re-set them back up again.

I did all that and it didn’t work. Still said I didn’t own a Rivian. hopefully they come out with something about this, being an IT guy this it isn’t acceptable to just remove vehicles from peoples accounts. where is there change control.

Just had the same issue here. My wife can now get in without setting up her phone again. I have to setup my phone again. guessing some software guy stuffed up :-)

Our guide informed us we were going into Production, but it could still be a month or two before delivery. However, we were asked if we were flexible on color…..we were! One on the west coast has been assigned to us! Forest Green Launch Edition, with Forest Edge heading our way!
