The 2023 QM R1T I leased last week has a residual of 56%. It will be interesting to see the actual value of these vehicles in three years.

Wow that’s a great deal, did you put any money down? I’m trying to figure out why my quoted monthly payment for a ‘23 RT1 QM 89k is in the mid-900’s. I keep seeing people post great deals and it’s befuddling.

If one doesn’t like the terms in the lease contract can they decline to sign and get the funds paid back?

Thank you for this info… I feel like I’m not getting the best deal from what I’ve seen on this site and elsewhere. My guide supposedly sent my info to the finance team to review my concerns but they said everything is normal.

Just out of curiosity, were the numbers exactly the same as what you were quoted? The reason I ask is because beaker’s monthly payment is about $100 less than what I was quoted but his vehicle is a few grand more than mine which is also a 2023 RT1.

At what point in the lease process do you get to see this document? I’m at the point where I’m supposed to pay the amount due but I haven’t seen a lease agreement yet.

My delivery is currently set for 9am Sunday (Easter) which surprised me.

Yep, and, like others have mentioned, the calculators don’t help when they leave out mandatory fees. Here’s the down payment breakdown for my offer… I don’t see a destination charge so I wonder if that will be another surprise for later?
