Alignment issues. Easy to fix thankfully. It really does seem like they need more service centers in the really high volume areas, especially out on the west coast. Time will only help with this of course. Glad to hear your issues were resolved albeit slowly.
Pretty nice configuration. Tempted but I'm hoping for a Storm blue + Slate interior.
Edit: And it's gone! Congratz to the soon-to-be new Tri Motor R1T owner.
Edit2: And there's more ;)
I've got over 100 ignored. I have really low patience. Use that ignore button and as liberally as you need. I agree with others that over moderation is a slippery slope. I can simply ignore a user and moderate my own experience.
Small update: SC said they'll be replacing a heater cord related to the HVAC system that might have caused this according to the engineering team. I think I've seen posts about others having this replaced, but not sure. They'll also be replacing the drain system around that to the newer design...
Appreciate you sharing your story. My service center here in Minnesota I assume isn't too swamped and relatively hopeful they'll take care of it well and quickly. They haven't given me any reason to expect otherwise really. I hope it's a simple as replacing the 12V battery, (assuming I only have...
I hate to say that I've now joined the group of folks that got a sudden Critical Battery Issue error. Yesterday we were travelling north and about 30 minutes into the trip, I had to pull over on the side of the highway, with my family, dogs, and fully packed R1S with a RTT on top to boot. Car...
Looks like everyone chiming into this R3X thread is in for the R3 more so than the R2. Same is true for me. I don't really need a midsize suv like the R2, when we have either the R1T or R1S. The R2 doesn't fill any gaps that we have with the two larger vehicles, but the R3 fills the gap of...
Despite my personal biases against NYT, I'm really enjoying the interview. I may be biased but listening to RJ talk, I can't help but feel he's being genuine. And my worldview agrees with what he says. Go EVs. I actually love seeing the local Mach Es, Hyundai/Kia EVs, Lyriqs, Lucids, and even...
Yea it's pretty annoying to deal with. And I think people are complaining because you can set it to Standard, or whatever, and then as you're backing out or whatnot, it'll set itself back to Auto. It seems to happen sometimes whenever you go to park. So you can get in your driveway, possibly set...
Been really enjoying the ocean coast. I already have an R1S so I'm looking for a Tri Max R1T instead. Ideally the new Storm Blue and that Slate Sky + Walnut. If not for Storm Blue, I'd just get a Dual Max Forest Green, but wish they'd offer the Black Mountain + Brown Ash Wood in the Dual configs.
Not sure why I'm liking the look of these more than I thought, but also wondering what the efficiency will be like. Can't be worse than OEM 21" I assume? Pair it with some AS or AW tires, and it's gotta be decent.
Will have to agree the driver aid features can be annoying. I've turned some off, and got used to the others. I've also turned off the lane keep assisting in the Rivian too because that was annoying.
I don't mind the design decisions overall from hyundai, especially since they're doing a pretty...
My ioniq5 is great. It's built better than the Rivian from an NVH perspective and is built well overall.
I got the R1S because we wanted a bigger 6-7 seater SUV EV but only had two options, Kia EV9 and the Rivian R1S and the R1S won us over.
I haven't been in the Ioniq6, but I'm sure it's...
