I am considering getting my wheels powder coated black, but I didn't realize until i pulled the inserts today that underneath it is a gunmetal color that matches the el cap pretty well, and I was curious if anyone had painted the machined faces black but left the gray? Or simply used the twraps...
were you actually able to get that rate? when I got quotes from USAA they were all pretty comparable to the Rivian interest rates around 6.5%. This is with an above 800 credit rating as well.
wtf. if you don't think the Rivian is special, then you're not a car guy.
sincerely,
a car guy
also, I can't take you as a serious off roader sitting on BFG ATs. nothing wrong with those tires for all around use but not great if you're doing a lot of offroading. kinda sounds like you're...
You would really only pay the registration fees twice, which to me is worth it. Although it might be worth researching the fees for the state you would be using the address from. I do think NC is an outlier in the collection of property taxes/highway use tax at the time of registration but I...

so pumped after seeing processing estimate for months.
edit: just changed back to processing estimate, wtf haha

To add to this point, and something I forgot to mention, but might've been mentioned elsewhere in this thread is there is no comparison between Tesla's navigation and Google's navigation, and this is simply due to the amount of resources Google allocates to maps. I would imagine Rivian is behind...
ok that's fair, I also have a background in systems engineering, work as a systems integrator, done a decent amount of electrical work, and built/repaired my own cars and computers for the last 20 years. I'm probably decently capable of taking it apart and trying to figure it out. The point...
