It would be interesting to read posts about long term effects of exceeding max payload on Rivians for sure- unfortunately, it would likely be from 2nd or third owners who may not be aware of previous usage of the truck pushed way past its rated limits.

Ouch sorry to hear your experience- Rivian won't void the warranty if they mistakenly suspect cutting the trim as user fault damage?

Hi- anyone have experience with fixing window plastic trim popping off? The rain is making it worse, and I am afraid of water build up inside the door. I submitted for mobile service, but no one from Rivian will come until October 24th. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Rivian community surely appreciate this! It is somewhat sad to need third party solution for defective wireless charger that Rivian should have fixed in 2nd gen.

Yeah there are too many unknowns and risky to buy from them at this time- third week of August is pickup for the topper for our R1T. I will post my experience with the topper and company then.
