I have a 1/9/2019 per order date was October / Dec delivery Now pushed to Feb/March 2023... Glad I kept the Kona :-) lets hope the trade in value holds until March....

Used to be that if you didn't take the HOV sticker you could apply for a further $2,500 ( depending on your income) not sure if its still an option with the new rules in CA

Exactly plus in the US the sales tax amount is an instant loss on any resell number. Since its not included in the MSRP up front its removed from the resale value too.

This might be correct if there was a delivery system and based on emails Ive had with my guild he said its based on pre order date, config, & location. He confirmed my pre order has no delays and that he will reach out when it enters production... but it looks like there is no system in place...
