I’m at my second service center appointment on this. My 1st visit they replaced the flash light cradle, took apart the b pillar and door and cushioned possible noisy spots. They even went as far as dropping the HV battery and making sure none of the brake lines or wiring harness wasn’t bumping...

When I’d created a service ticket a week ago, I was stuck “in review” for 5 days. No movement whatsoever. I used their chat and got nowhere, just a bunch of back and forth. Called their 888 number and got an appointment right away. Maybe try that.
