Thanks, I assumed people on the forum called it a soft reset meaning software restart as mentioned in the trouble shooting/Help section of the manual. But i didn't see infotainment anywhere, then again, I've only had my R1S a month or so. Thanks for the help.

Same issue here, Rivian charger installed 3 weeks before R1S arrived on 12/21. Charges at 14amps maximum on 48 Amp system. 60 amp breaker. Called tech support, did resets. Checked dip switches, all correct, had to take pictures of my charger set up then they forwarded everything to the home...

If you had a pre-order and signed the binding agreement prior to 8/16/2022 but opt to purchase thru the shop once access is given, do you lose the full Federal tax incentive of $7500.00?

I'm going to see how the next update at the end of August goes. If I'm still a long way out for delivery, then I may use my daughter's address in Seattle since I'm already on the lease. Thank you very much for the info.
