In my opinion there isn’t really a use case for tethering to a phone. It connects but as soon as you put it in drive WiFi shuts off. They need to change the behavior but if they want to sell LTE data plans it’s a brilliant move.

EA also did the bare minimum to meet their obligations. The charger availability trend is positive. The implementation maybe not so much it seems. Nobody really wants to go all in. From a business perspective I get why they do the minimum. As a consumer it’s disappointing.

What does this have to do with top speed?

Do we know the dual motor does not have different badging?

I’m personally shocked they even had a communications director. This is not a strength for the company. Pretty sure they can improve with better leadership.

Water and electronic devices isn’t usually the end of the world. Water, electronics and electricity is the real killer. Do what you can to dry it out. Then wait a week longer and give it a shot. You might be pleasantly surprised. Best of luck
