It happens to me all the time...I have figured out that it happens if I stop, get out and close the door too quickly or if I get in and take off before its all done resetting....but then there is the random, not exactly sure why it happens. Unfortunately seems we have to be stopped to change...

Same..I only recall it happening once in the 3 years we've had our Tesla.

This is one more reason why I've been sending my guide requests to PLEASE let us have more than 2 phone keys. We are a family of 4 drivers......I much prefer the phone key so and I do not dare go without a key card....that means we effectively have 2 keys plus a FOB so 3 total instead of the 5...
