well, i can't get it to work....

So, I have searched and tried all the things in this forum. I am the SECOND owner of a R1T Launch Edition. Its amazing... however, the truck was transferred into my name yesterday and today I went to add the phone as a key, didn't go well. As stated above, I have tried all the fixes and still...

I am having the same problem, I tried signing out of the app, deleting the app, unpairing the audio, literally everything. I am the second owner of my R1T. I can't figure out a way to delete the phone key(it just says set up and has my phones name)

So to clarify, if I AM using phone as key, then it has to run just like my Tesla app did?

Is there a way to change your profile picture in the app or online so it show a pic instead of your initials?

Coming from a Tesla M3P so forgive my ignorance. Does the Rivian app have to stay running in order to use the “phone as key”?

I did take off the panel and have a service appt on May 3rd

I took off the panel and it’s sitting it the garage. It’s a 2022 Launch Edition w the Reg underbody panels

I made an appointment for May 3rd. I tightened what’s left and it appears stable.

There’s a piece still attached, being held by some screw toward the middle of the truck

I was driving my truck home from picking it up earlier today and went over a small bump and started hearing this smacking sound. I pulled off the road and looked underneath, this is what I saw... I put in a service ticket and they are working on a repair plan. Thoughts?
