I definitely use pet mode a lot. Also they told me they charge and wash the cars before they return them. They just didn’t. And I didn’t want to wait 20-30 for them to do it.

My SC considered this critical/safety based because my 4 year old was dripping sweat in the middle row and we went home that day instead of other places because I was worried about him. Not good enough AC in 110+ temps is a safety issue. Maybe call again.

I got mine fixed. I highly recommend anyone that even thinks there’s any sort of issue with their car just take it in. It doesn’t hurt to have it looked at. It’s probably not functioning correctly and you’re not crazy for thinking that.

Hi all! Just picked up my riv Friday. The air in the second row hardly blows and my kids are melting. Is this really as hard as this blows (yes she said that)? Our summer is too long to tolerate this. I will pre chill the cabin every time but still. Any ideas? Didn’t find anything online.
