Can't hurt. Also may help to just call the main line and get to someone and say "I'm ready to go when you're ready to sell me a car." I do suspect squeaky wheel gets the grease to some extent, but I'm in processing estimate hell now (and they say no shop access once you confirm config).

Have you done a demo drive / called them to say you're ready to go ASAP? Not sure how the lottery works, but I was a later reservation and have a confirmed configuration.

Rivian's told me with a confirmed configuration, they won't offer Shop access anymore

No delivery yet, still in the processing estimate phase but when I chatted with the online chat they said that means 1-4 months to delivery.

September 2023 reservation - demo drive in October, got a call this week offering one with a max pack for delivery in the next 4-6 weeks. Couldn't bring myself to do max pack but after that call was invited to configure DM/large battery and pulled the trigger. I'd been calling pretty regularly...
