It’s in customer support software where it at least asks you whether a previous topic answers your question. Maybe just let them comment on the “original” thread instead of allowing a new one. Add an LLM and I think it would do better than most people think.
It’s 2024 - how come forum platforms can’t proactively stop duplicative posts about the same topic (I’ve been waiting for that a lot longer for that than casting!)
Not apples to apples but several folks on YouTube have tested this on Teslas.
Sounds like the main benefits are maxing out your range (assuming you need it all to get to your destination) and longevity of the battery. The actual cost benefit is a wash.
Try signing out of Apple Music entirely from within the vehicle, doing a soft reboot (especially if it hangs on sign out as it did for me) and then sign in again. That resolved the issues for me.
There’s https://riviansoftware.canny.io/ which is great, but sadly that’s focused on desired features and not known issues/reporting bugs. I think Jose from RivianTrackr runs this so we could ask but I don’t think the onus should be on an avid Rivian fan to take this on.
As a software product...
Why do you have a car that does OTA if you are afraid to update the software? It’s such a Luddite way of thinking. For the most part, software is 2 steps forward, maaaybe half a step back process. On the whole you will be better off than yesterday. Don’t tell me you don’t update your smartphone...
For me both sides are weak and I don’t notice a difference with weight applied or not. Also, have tried recirculate to see if that helps and if it does it’s minuscule
I’ve noticed mine is super weak too. I know it’s working somewhat (can hear fan), and I’ve tried having the middle under seat air on (and turned fan on high) but there’s really no air pushing -level 3 feels like a level 1. Let us know what you find out.
thanks. Ive actually being eyeing EcoFlow with the smart panel and right now they have 15% off with code DL15 which makes it almost $1k cheaper than Costco

I’m willing to bet the marketing team mixed the two up given that the “later” live gear guard is already slated in an announced code release and the “soon” casting function isnt.
i wasn’t suggesting you were being misleading (im all on board the EV train). I was simply pointing out that diesel vehicles weren’t factored in on that report, only gasoline. So, while it’s good news overall its not the complete story. But looking forward to when they do hit that milestone!
