The time is not unusual. It said 1-6 months when I placed the order for our R1T a few days ago. The sales guide is odd not getting back to you. Mine takes a few hours, but has been getting back regularly on our R1S out of the shop this past week.
I put this in another thread. Is it one per household? or per R1? And one I purchased used and one new. I was told it goes to all current owners by the service center, but I am skeptical. Anyone have clarification?
This came out of the shop. I did not see that disclaimer, but not saying I did not miss it. Irrelevant since when the truck was sitting in Atlanta I asked someone to confirm it was on and they did. At least they got me some gear and bumped me to the front. Cannot complain too much.
