?????? I think someone mentioned in this forum that I’m their call with Support. They were told that in fact a fix was in the firmware update. But I’ve only seen one mention of that.

It seems a media reset USED to help but now is not a fix. Please call it in tonight tech support.

I have connect+ and cannot get Spotify controlled by Alexa even after reset. I checked my account based on your post and it's definitely active. In fact I may fight for some $ back until they get it to work. Spotify was the main reason I got it.

Same. I can’t fix it now. Tech support doesn’t seem to have a clue. Bringing it in AGAIN in February. What kind of recourse is there if they can’t resolve it. It doesn’t meet lemon qualification as far s as I can tell plus I love my R1S quad.

Very helpful. Weird it wants me to do Red Bluff to Weed on SC skipping RAN. I reckon there's some reason in the algorithm. I'll probably just manually tap on the RAN if this kicks in precondition. Wouldn't mind saving some $ and use Rivian Adventure Network.

That's an interesting tip. I haven't had the adapter on a road trip before and the only RANs I've been near were on the way to Arizona. This next trip up the 5 have a lot more RAN along the route otherwise I'd be fine with Tesla SC.

Is hitting the RAN icon or any other charger enough to trigger preconditioning or do I need to also do the preferred arrival mileage/range hack?

So navigating to a charger if you tap on it on the map instead of just entering it as an address instructs the vehicle to precondition? Even if your arrival range will be pretty significant?
