Rivian accidentally sent me two boxes of cargo crossbars instead of the one I ordered. I kindly informed them of the mix-up and helped get the spare back to them. No free items were sent as a thank you.
Rivian accidentally gave me the title and registration for the wrong VIN. It took months to...

Same thing happened to me in the 90s, but luckily a cop rolled up quickly and the driver repeated his lie to the cop. I watched as the cop examined that fool's bumper, them gave him a very hefty ticket.
I don't think the same thing would happen these days. There aren't any cops left in Seattle.
Okay.
I bought the R1T not thinking it could handle V2H. I don't recall that being promised, and I assumed it would only be in future vehicles. I'm not fond of subscriptions but I would pay it for V2H functionality. I guess it just depends on what you think you're entitled to.
They're conceptually related in that Rivian probably wants V2H to be a subscription feature, as with music streaming through their data provider instead of your phone's. Rivian might even be waiting to enable V2H after the subscription service is operational.

FWIW I also use the phone app to manually (not proximity) lock/unlock when I'm exercising in my garage gym (camp speaker for music), and I...
The R1T is a great vehicle!
I love the impressive regen braking from all four motors, it really makes one pedal driving an amazing experience in a city with big hills, wet roads, distracted drivers, stop-burning cyclists and insane pedestrians.
The gear tunnel of course is amazing, and turns my...
You will miss the handling, even if just from the weight difference. I miss the confidence and precision I felt I had with my 2015 S. But I love my R1T. sw00n ?
I had seen that before before when I left my key fob inside, and it seemed like useful behavior. I'm not sure what the point is of the behavior you described. Good to know though.
