  1. Sizing it up.. my power cooler arrived.. ICECO GO20 Dual Zone

Unfortunately when it has the E1 error, the app cannot connect. Once the vehicle is woken up, I get the app to connect and it showed 13.2v. I'm wondering if vehicle is sleeping the voltage drops too low and there's no way to completely turn off the voltage protection.
  2. Sizing it up.. my power cooler arrived.. ICECO GO20 Dual Zone

I just bought the Iceco GO20 and keep receiving e1 low voltage error. I set it to it's lowest setting for the voltage protection. Using the cigarette lighter plug, which by the way doesn't stay in place very well. I'm wondering if the cooler is defective or the Rivian just doesn't put out...
  3. Charging Extension Cables?

The extensions are only for level 2 home charging. They will not work for DC fast charging so it won't help you when you are at a fast charger.
  4. 7 days to return Rivian?

Hold the stalk up and it will go into neutral.
  5. Would You Have Your Windshield Replaced for this Defect?

I guess only you can decide if it's worth it or not. My windshield replacement was done at the service center. They had my car for 2 weeks and did a couple other minor issues. I received a broken speaker grill which resulted in the door panel being replaced (service ordered 3 doors and they all...
  6. 7 days to return Rivian?

At least in my case, putting the car in neutral results in the same pull to the right.
  7. 2022 Rivian R1S for Sale - Glacier White - 22" Sport Bright Wheels

Love to see if anybody bites at that number. Cars and Bids sold one for $130k. With the R1T, the mark-up dropped very quickly and now they're selling around 100k. Maybe people learned from what happened there and the R1S used market won't be as hot as the R1T was at first.
  8. 7 days to return Rivian?

Let's hope that's the case. :fingerscrossed:
  9. 7 days to return Rivian?

Mine has had an alignment twice and still pulls to the right pretty hard all various speeds. Even slow in parking lots the wheel prefers to go to the right. Others have complained about alignment so you're not the only one. Rivian told me they are doing software update to address this, which I'm...
  10. The little things that make you happy - new console tray accessory!

There's another listing on Amazon for this item but $5 cheaper:
  11. Has anybody lost their underbody shield yet?

Underbody shield finally replaced. Unfortunately when driving home I heard loud rattling under the vehicle. Upon inspection, two screws were screwed only half way in and was causing the underbody to vibrate/flap. There was also a missing screw, and another one fully backed out that fell off when...
  12. R1T = a high maintenance princess (demands a $29k fix ;) )

@rivianRmn what drive mode were you in? I had this exact same feeling when I was in conserve mode. I'll never drive again in that mode again. I was using Driver+ and noticed traffic on the highway was slowing down. The truck wasn't braking fast enough so I got on the brakes. I ended up putting...
  13. Key card fried

Was the card between your phone and a wireless charger?
  14. Windshield cracks & chips. Better replacement windshield in aftermarket?

I've always tried to stick with OEM windshield replacements due to better quality but I think the Rivian windshield quality is so poor that maybe aftermarket would end up being better? It seems so fragile. I already had my Rivian windshield replaced because it came with a bunch of scratches on...
  15. Hotspot use, and WiFi

Yeah you bring up a good point there. I don't even have my phone connected to the hotspot because with the phone 5G I get better reliability, coverage, and speed with Verizon than the hotspot. I use the hotspot only for the kid's tablets.
  16. Hotspot use, and WiFi

If that's the case then simply don't have the truck join the home network/hotspot SSID. LTE is unlimited and free for now so why does it need to be on the home network? Maybe poor LTE coverage area? Also from a security standpoint I'm not sure having a mobile roaming hotspot using the same...
  17. Hotspot use, and WiFi

Why do you need to have the truck join its own hotspot? That's not necessary because everything in the infotainment already has connection through the LTE. Having it join the hotspot would actually slow it down because rather than having a direct LTE connection you're now taking an LTE...
  18. They hit me in my driveway resulting in $21,195.95 repair bill

Why does the panel need to be replaced. Couldn't they hammer it out?
  19. Navigation icons

Rivian uses Mapbox to power their maps. Default functionality has city names appear depending on the zoom level, and depending on that zoom level a dot would appear below the name. If I had to guess, it's that some developer decided to customize the dot icon to one with a line and change the...
  20. Any way to clear water that made its way into a camera fixture?

I would get a plastic bag, like a Ziploc, put some silica gel (those packets of clear balls you find in the boxes when buying shoes), and tape the bag all around the body of the camera. Make sure to get a good seal around it so that outside moisture doesn't get in. I've done this on a pair of...
