Service center lost my fob so they had to take care of the costs.

$235 for new fob and reprogram. $175 for fob and $60 for labor. This was 2 weeks ago. Same as what @SANZC02 paid. They did a cloud enrollment so when I put the battery in the fob and went to settings I was able to pair the fob to my profile.

I believe the 12v is off when the vehicle is sleeping so you'll need to enable the outlets in the infotainment for 12v to stay on. When vehicle is on, the 12v is on and will keep charged by the high voltage battery.
