I had called rivian to see why I hadn't received my update yet and that's exactly what they told me. I went out into my garage and reconnected my rivian to our wifi just to be sure and within 30 min or so I got the update. I'm thinking I wasn't connected before.

I agree to all except the ride quality. I can't tell the difference.

I got mine today in the early afternoon. Maybe a coincidence, but it showed up about an hour after I contacted service just to make sure everything was ok.

As of 12:21 p.m. Mon 7/1 I still haven't received the new update date either. Really looking forward to this one so it's frustrating.

Yes, we did get the dealer installed update that included a new 12v battery. They had our ID4 for 2 days to do it!

At lease we are getting updates! We've had an ID4 since 2021 and haven't got a single OTA.
