My PAAK worked perfectly until the last update. 75% of the time Im just standing there waiting for it to unlock. At home when it's unlocked, if I get in to drive off, its taking at least 5-10 seconds to recognize that Im sitting there with my foot on the brake before letting me shift.

This one for sure. My 96 Cherokee with a 5 speed stick I had in college is a close second!

Never had an issue with PAAK and it has always worked flawlessly. Ever since this update, 50% of the time, Ive walked up to the door and stood there like an idiot waiting for the door to unlock until I open my phone and then it responds.

I have this exact problem too. I got it set perfectly once and the next day it was somehow moved. Super frustrating

I don't use a pressure washer but have noticed I have water build-up/condensation on the inside of my passenger side window where it meets the seal every time I wash it.

I actually brought this up to the mobile service guy that was here as I thought mine was defective too and he said sometime earlier this year they stopped equipping Rivians with dual horns and now just with a single. Maybe thats the problem

I wish they did that for me. I selected "do not mount" on the app when finishing the purchase and it was still mounted. They offered to remove it and replace the entire bumper part that has the holes drilled but the tech said they would have to remove the entire front facia, charge door, etc to...

Super friendly and busy. Verify with someone that your front plate won't be mounted if thats what you wanted (my was mounted anyway).

They just called me and said they are coming out here Monday to remove the license plate and replace the cover so I don't have any holes. I didn't even ask them to. Thats some A+ service !
