I am honestly thinking about trading off my R1S for the Sierra EV. At 2.2, your actually hitting the average that I am in my R1S. The battery/range for me is the big plus.. The minus is no 800+ hp. I know I want make the trade, as a R1T just fits in my garage, and a Sierra/Silvy wont.

Well the windshield bug finally got me yesterday.. I have free glass replacement thru my insurance, and they tried to get me to go to these outside vendors. None of the 3 they suggested can get the glass due to patents, and even if they could, they cant do the programming, because of patents...

Weird... Mine will engage any time I am on a named road, and I have a noted speed limit icon on my speedometer. It will not engage if it does not know what max speed limit should be in my experience, in relationship to the stop-n-go traffic.

Adding to this a bit... Also look at Government centers. I have two L2 chargers near me that are free at the local City hall, and another at the county building, and a third one at the local state park (park pass required). Free is good!

Theres a RV park near my Cabin that strictly says no EV Charging. I asked the campground host about it, and its not because of the cost, but because the "owners" think that most EV fires happen from charging. Since they are in a Forest I can see how they would want to stay away from the fire...

January 2024 here. I have about a 2 inch section of the lower seat, left side piping that is showing wear. Rest of the seat looks great.

A little late to the thread... But a extended warranty is only good if you can get the repair done at the dealer that has the ability to actually do the repair.. In this case because there is no aftermarket, and most, if not all, mechanical repair shops are not Rivian certified to get the parts...

I am thinking those are more along the lines of Magnaride, or a equivalent to it.

It wasnt me!!! That R1S looks identical to mine! Except I think its a Dual Motor (no yellow on the badges)

What everyone else is saying is true. Mine was delivered with 13 miles, paperwork said 100.

I'm saying you can adjust the volume of Alexa/Nav while Alexa/Nav is talking. If you are looking at the main speedo display, and adjust the volume while it's talking, you will see the volume bar go up/down. If you look in the upper left-hand corner of that screen, it will show you the volume...

Works just as i described above, no issues.

Will try it when I get off work.. Been a couple weeks since I used either Alexa or the Nav.

Theres a couple easy fixes to this... The easiest I found was to activate Alexa/Nav and while it is speaking, turn the volume up on your steering wheel. Must be started and completed during its speaking to take hold.

They werent available yesterday, and today they are... And they also offer the Nokian One HT in the 116 XL...
