I'd be on the phone with some different PDR experts to get their opinions because I have a strong feeling that can be PDR'd more easily than they are stating at the SC.
Continuing the catch-up: Recently installed the FrontPet Cargo Cover. For $75 this offers a lot more protection and coverage than the more expensive options that are custom tailored to the R1S. It fits perfectly! Ready for dirty gear, dogs and whatever else needs hauling around this summer.

Once every 6-8 months or so seems to be working great at maintaining the coating and depth, though it'll definitely last longer. Just depends on how often you wash it.
