Also swapalease.com... I picked up an X3 with 10 months left on it for super cheap there and the previous owner even gave me a $1000 incentive. Depending on what you can find it's a great option to hold you over for a year or less.

I just did that and ended up taking over a lease on swapalease with 11 months left. Made So much selling my car,, thousands more than we thought. Plus the guy selling his lease it threw in $1000 cash incentive.
