I drove the same R1S again today… upon starting it compressor went hard, was noisy, and vibrated the pedals!! Went away after a few mins but the vibration was distracting enough that maybe borders on safety consideration? This R1S is an early one. So again hoping it’s solved going forward. I...

Just drove another R1S today and AC and compressor were totally fine and quiet. Was a very hot day. Sun roof was beaming down heat but AC kept up and compressor was quiet enough. Also the ventilated seats work very well. Hopefully the HVAC vibration is behind us…

Eager to get my R1S sooner. Have cash handy. Anyone in Georgia want to part with their R1S in Forest Green, or know of someone who does? Ideally 22" bright wheels. Am flexible on rest.

Enjoyed the summary. The HVAC, A/C, Compressor noise is a massive issue. It makes the cabin an unhappy place to be. I have heard they have/are addressing the compressor, but I don't have any proof. White noise is oppressive. Just think about the times you don't realize there is background noise...
