You may be right on path to beach and Chesapeake. I don't remember exactly. Either Chesapeake was booked or it didn't come up. I use Rivian GPS plus 6 apps including PlugShare, EA, evconnect etc. ??
You guys are hysterical. I considered collecting some evidence but it really would have made things worse. My 16 year old was definitely considering it!!
No no no... my reading challenged friend. I had waited for well over an hour. I was the only person in line. Lady in line 1... her Momma came, cut me, and started charging. Lola had another hour to go at minimum. I offered the $20 to get my family out of there. She could have said no. The...
Yes, the Rivian app led me there. The other location - very good point, but by the time I would have driven to Chesapeake - if it wasn't available (which it wasn't) would have guaranteed I would have run out of charge by the time I reached OBX.
First of all, I want to say, that nothing I write here is critical of any person or group of people. I am just stating the facts, and I can't tell there story without stating the facts .... which are well.... bizarre.
Last week we went down to the outer banks.... Corolla, NC.....from...
Thank you for adding to the helpfulness of this thread.
IMHO being tired is never a reason to treat people poorly.
A good question may be why are there 100s of posts and threads on this same topic? because it isnstill unanswered and interesting . I don't feel too badly about posting here. ...
Thank you. Very helpful! Point of clarification. If you only used Rivian navigation would that have worked? What exactly does the Tesla app give you that Rivian nav alone doesn't? Thanks a ton!
This is very helpful. Should I trust my Rivian gps ? It lists Tesla chargers along the route.
When you travel how do you determine which Tesla chargers work with Rivian and which do not? Thanks in advance.
Since Rivian hasn't started shipping adapters yet, I want to purchase my own. Is this the correct one to get for use of super charger?

This topic has generated many snarky comments.
I apologize if this is a basic question. I'm just looking for info, not mud slinging...
Very good point. The reason I haven't done that is My jetski is at a marina on a floating dock but no ramp. I only take it out once a summer (for this trip) and marina requires boat lift to get it in/out of water onto my trailer. I may have to do this a few days early this year and do a test...
Thank you as well. Appreciate it and I am feeling a bit better.
If ANYONE out there has actually trailered a jetski like described please chime in.
I will be going to a mountainous region so the drag is there. My elevation change will go from 40 feet (Maryland) to 1739 feet (speculator ny).
