Remove the board and set it next to the vehicle and take a picture and share. Just want to confirm you have the R1S set and not the R1T as the T is much longer.
fairly common on early model EV because 12v is older technology. Tesla solved this issue by going with a 16V Lithium Ion Battery. I suspect Rivian will follow suit, eventually.
None of the running boards I’m aware of are blocking the jacking points on Rivians. Both my R1T and R1S have had service done in SSF and SJ and never had an issue with my boards being on.
