It was bit bit more complex than that. A binding contract is what was involved aside from the non-refundable deposit. As long as the paperwork was in order, it wasn’t a problem.

I find it a bit more unstable, now. Can’t quite put my finger on exactly what it is. I did notice however, that the vehicle doesn’t hug the right side as much. Hopefully this will improve over time.
These values fluctuate monthly. I requested a trade-in estimate for my vehicle with carmax awhile ago. I would regularly receive emails with adjusted estimates (sometimes lower, some higher) from Carmax. IMO, these values change based on market conditions.
