I did what some said, stacked wood under the control arm, lowered it slowly, swapped out the small jack for a 3 ton floor, and was able to get it up to the proper height to put the new tire on.
I’ve really don’t it here. I borrowed a jack from a Tesla neighbour, and raised the car high enough to get the completely flat tire off.
Problem is a new, inflated tire won’t fit. I can’t even get the old one back one bc it’s sucked air in through the rear and is now higher.

Thanks for your experience. I’ve got an open ticket to have some panels realigned, so I’m going to take the old rubber in and have them look at it while I’m there. I guess best case scenario I have a full size spare.
