Lock the truck. You can do this with the phone. This isn’t complicated and does not require the fob. Is your PAAK setup correctly? Our truck locks every time we walk away. We don’t do anything. You can also do this manually in the app. The vehicle doesn’t need a physics button.

Fortunately the phone works for us. We do carry the key cards in our wallets, but I haven't had to use it. We just used our fob for the first time this week when the truck was in for PPF. We also have the wrist band at home somewhere, but have yet to use it.

This hits the mark. Bluetooth is notoriously problematic. I have not had a problem with the PAAK with our R1T, but Bluetooth in general can be finicky at times.

If the 8-steps opened it should be at the service center, but it may not have the pre-delivery inspection complete. That’s the step that opens up step 8. This is why they are telling folks not to pay for the vehicle or insurance until you have a delivery date.

The accessories change happened in December and an email was sent out. They now want everyone to buy the accessories through the gear shop instead.
