@Rivian_Ralph its delivery numbers. when I asked why it was lower on delivery, they hit the reset button, it was still the same. And it’s still the same 3 weeks later.

Odd, it was working fine for 3 weeks. (My delivery was about 3 weeks ago) I had received the car with 2024.39.32 hopefully 2024.43 fixes it.

Just started having this same issue this morning! Did people already try soft reset? I might try that soon here.

@R1TCOtri do let us know your current system software when you get a chance. I’m hoping you are on 2024.43, and that fixes all our issues ;D

Welcome! If you go to the settings app -> vehicle -> updates. It’ll have your current system and version.

curious when did you get your R1T? what’s the software version you have on it? maybe you got 2024.43 early :D

in the past, anywhere from 4 days of UAT, to 2 weeks after UAT. Typically within 1 week.

it is because they only have 1 person working on this feature set /s but in seriousness, I do hope they figure it out soon ?‍? compared to base BMW or Model Y the Rivian Premium audio is a huge let down

I use matte. They are good as advertised. Easy to install. but impossible to see the screen when sun is hitting the screen through the window. (To be fair, not sure it would’ve been much better visibility even without the matte screen protectors)

LOL. They probably did this because of the “bad rep” for the dynamic roof. It’s been preferable to not get the dynamic roof. And it’s a bummer that only way to get premium audio now is to also get dynamic roof.

Sorry, I meant to say the R1S’s lift gate. I don’t think there is confirmation for that.

Hmmm maybe it’s the difference between R1T vs R1S. Kinda bummer you can’t customize that!

Rivian should add faceid for unlocking! How did you change the widget last button to vent windows instead of tailgate?? I am paranoid that I’m going to accidentally hit the open tailgate button on the widget and have it hit my garage door in my garage ?
