On road efficiency was a higher priority, but off road performance was considered in the design of the Goodyear tire. I am not sure of the off road specific performance of the Goodyear vs Pirelli. Rivian is still offering a 34” All Terrain option for some Gen 2 trim levels.

Hi Jim4, it is not the OEM size for Gen 1, but it will fit on the vehicle.

I did discuss with the service center that this might be an option. The Goodyear 20" has the same outer diameter (33") as existing 21" and 22" options.

My speedo shows I am going approximately 3% faster than the Waze GPS speed. As mentioned, Rivian is working on a solution for updating to different tire sizes.

NVH was optimized during the design and I am happy with the results on my truck.
